You can complain to the Parliamentary Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with the reply or the treatment you have received from public authorities and certain private institutions etc. Everyone can complain, and it is free of charge. However, you are not entitled to have your complaint investigated.
When the Ombudsman decides to investigate a complaint, he assesses the legal issues in the case, and he may criticise the authorities and recommend that they reconsider the case.
